Infinite power and health
At tile screen press Triangle, Cross, Triangle, Cross, Triangle, Triangle, Square, Square.
Get Super Saiyanjin 4 Son Gokou
Enable the "Bonus fighters" code, then press Triangle x 10, Square x 9 at the title screen. A sound will confirm correct code entry.
Wire frame fighters
Select 2 player or training mode. Hold Select and press Cross.
Get Gotenks
Win the game 9 times on hard using TRUNKS ONLY!!!!!!!!! I think your not allowed to continue so if you die start over.
Goku 4
From the Title Screen (with Goku on the right and the instructions for entering the sound test mode) press Right, Left, Down, Up, Right, Left, Down, Up. You should hear a tone. Next, press Triangle x5, then press Cross x9. If done correctly another tone will sound and the menu screen will now have a cool picture of Super Saiyajin Level 4 Goku.
Hints
To Play as super bebi (the huge ape guy that you have to beat to win the game in the end) Go To the character select screen. Highlight your character and press and hold select and square. Press O to select character and hold it select and square until the level starts. when level starts you should be playing as super bebi. P.S. I am fully Confident that this code works because i have tested it numerous times and if you have any questions e-mail me.
Bonus Fighters
From the Title Screen, press Right, Left, Down, Up, Right, Left, Down, Up. You should hear a sound to confirm the code. Now start the game and you should have 6 more fighters.
Alternate Costumes/Outfits:
Select 2 player or training mode. Now, press Square + Cross + Circle when choosing a character.
Gotenks Special Move
After you have retrieved Gotenks, press F,B,D,U Triangle. He will lift one hand up, load a giant ball and he will start to throw the ball but it will turn into a beam. This is counter able.
NOTE: This is only in the Japanese version.

Get Gogeta
1st win the game 20 times on hard. After the Gogeta should be a playable character.
Self Destruct
While playing as Vegeta or Majin Boo, press forward, back, Down, Up and the fireball button (default is Triangle) to perform a self-destruct. This does massive damage to your opponent if it connects and takes away about half of your Ki power.

Goku's Spirit Bomb
Press Right, Left, Down, Up, and then Triangle. the spirit bomb takes away 1 full energy bar, but takes a while to do it.
Goku's Special Move
Move to the left side of the screen and press left, down, right, triangle.
Wire Frame :
For Wire frame characters, hold Select while choosing a fighter.
